COLD DISHES ¤¤¤ KALTES MITTAGESSEN

Here at Granborg Gaardhttp://bedandbreakfastindenmark.blogspot.com/ we do serve traditional Danish dishes as well - yet always with a healthy twist...

What you see above, are Danish "smørrebrød" - but with a little more decoration - because it looks and tastes better and it's better for you!

FROKOST - MITTAGESSEN:
HIER, IN UNSERER FERIENPENSION Granborg Gaardhttp://bedandbreakfastindenmark.blogspot.com/ SERVIEREN WIR AUCH TRADITIONELLES ESSEN.
OBEN SIEHT MAN SMØRREBRØDS, JEDOCH ETWAS GESUNDER ALS DIE TRADITIONELLE VERSION! DENN WIR WOLLEN JA SCHLIESSLICH NICHT, DASS UNSERE GÄSTE BAUCHWEH HABEN!

Some guests are vegetarians or follow a vegan diet... this is an avocado sandwich.
Mind you, you mind also find avocados on a danish "fokost buffet" (lunch buffet), but it's not traditional at all.

MANCHE GÄSTE SIND VEGANER ODER VEGETARIER UND DANN FREUEN SIE SICH
ÜBER BEISPIELSWEISE AVOKADO-SANDWICHES

The vegan version of a traditional smørrebrød: with a carrot-humus-paté.

ODER DIESES KAROTTEN-HUMUS-SMØRREBRØD.

The very traditional pickled herring-plate:
Three different types of "sild": curry-herring, traditional spiced herring (with a "christmassy" flavor!) and the "normal" sweet and sour flavored herring.
It doesn't get any more Danish than that!

DOCH DIES HIER IST SO TRADITIONELL, WIE ES NUR GEHT:
3 SORTEN DÄNISCHER HERING!
